You can use our adventure pool and the sauna village if you are dependant on a walker or a wheelchair. Our staff will be happy to assist you to get in and out of the pool. You can also enter all the sweatrooms with a wheelchaiar, we will provide, except the fire place sauna in the garden.

Parking for guests with disabilities

In the parking lot in front of the main entrance there are 3 parking spaces reserved for guests with disabilities. Please place a copy of your disability pass with the mark „aG“ or „Bl“ in your car visibly.

Access to the adventure pool and the sauna village

Our access is built to be suitable for the disabled., this includes a ramp to the main entrance as well as automatic doors at the entrances and exits.

The access to the adventure pool is possible through a separate door next to the turnstile.

A suitable large changing room with shower and lockers is reserved for wheelchair users only.

A shower wheelchair is provided for the stay in the adventure pool. Please let us know at the cash desk if you need one or any further assistance.

Please contact our staff of the supervision in the sports area in the front part of the house. They will be happy to assist you to get in and out of the pool.

The access to the sauna village is possible through a separate door near the cash desk.

A suitable large changing room with shower and shower chair is reserved for wheelchair users only.

A wheelchair is provided for the stay in the sauna village and can be used in the sauna rooms.

Please contact our staff at the counter of the sauna village so that the changing room can be unlocked. 

All saunas except the fire place one are at ground level and are wheelchair accessible.

Our sauna garden is equipped with a ramp.

Our rest rooms and dormitories on the upper floor are not barrier-free yet.

Let our staff know, when you want to use the adventure pool. They will then accompany you in the desired area.

Reduced entrance fee for accompanying persons

Guests with a valid handicapped pass and the mark „B“ for accompanying person pay the regular entrance fee at the cash desk. One accompanying person of at least 18 years receives free entry of the same value.
